WellScale Co. (“WellScale”, “we”, “us”) operates wellscale.co. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Contact: hello@wellscale.co. WellScale Co. is a remote-first business serving clients worldwide.

Information we collect

• When you take the WellScale Business Audit: your name, business name, email address, and optionally your website, social profile and phone number; your answers to the audit questions; the figures you enter (average client value, monthly enquiries and active clients); and your stated 90-day goal.
• When you book a call: your name, email, business name, your answers to the booking questions and the call time, collected through our scheduling tool.
• When you contact us: your name, email address and message.
• When you use our website: technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising. These tools use cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner.

How we use your information

• To calculate your scores and to prepare and send your audit report.
• To prepare for and hold the calls you book.
• To follow up with you about your report and about our services. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
• To answer your enquiries and to improve the audit and our website.
• To process payments for paid services through our payment provider PayPal. We do not store card numbers. We publish testimonials or anonymised results only with your permission. To meet legal obligations.

Automated processing and AI

Your answers are processed automatically to calculate your scores and an illustrative estimate of conversion leakage. We use an AI language model (Google Gemini) to write parts of your report. The information sent for this purpose is limited to details such as your business name, your scores and your stated goal. The estimate is illustrative. It is not financial advice, a forecast or a guarantee of results.

Who processes your data for us

We use trusted providers to run the audit and our services: Tally (forms), Make (automation), Google (storage, documents and AI), Brevo (email), Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (calls), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement), PayPal (payments) and our website host. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and some may store data outside your country.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep audit answers, reports and booking records for 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop contacting you, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@wellscale.co. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with its date.
